Rock cakes by Nahia.R


 Ingredients

- 240 grammes of flour
- 2 teaspoons
- Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of mixed spice
- 120 grammes of butter
- 120 grammes of sugar
- 180 grammes of raisins
- Candied peel
- 4-5 tablespoons
- Orange juice

Method

-First; Grease a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 210 ºC

-Next; Mix the flour, the baking powder and the mixed spice. Rub in the butter.

-Later; Add the sugar, the raisins, the candied peel and the orange juice.

-Then; Shape the mixture into small heaps. Put them on the baking tray. Sprinkle them with sugar.

-Finally; Bake for 12 minutes. Serve after 30 minutes.
