
125 ml milk
150 ml cream
120g brown sugar
1 teaspon cinnamon
3 eggs
500g pumpkin
-First, cut the inside on the pumpink into littles cubes.
-After, cup the cubes and some water in a saucepan cook and wait for little liquid to evaporate.Turn off leave for 15 minutes.
-Next, Beat the eggs Mix whit the pumpkin , brown sugar, cinnamon, mealk and cream.
-Finally, put the pastry in a pie dish.Pour in a pumpink mixture. Cook for 40 minutes at termostat 6 ( 200 C)
