FISH AND CHIPS by Nicolai

INGREDIENTS

         4 Fish fillets
         Breadcrumbs
         Salt and pepper
         2 eggs
          Vegetable oil

METHOD

FIRST, put the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl.

THEN, beat the eggs in a different bowl.

NEXT, dip the fish fillets into the eggs.

Later, dip them into the breadcrubs.

Finally, heat the vegetable oil.  Fry the fish fillets for 10 minutes. SERVE WITH CHIPS
