Chrismas Cake by Dario and Jon

Ingredients:
-200 g(7oz) of palin flour.
-200 g(7oz) of unsalted butter or margarine,softened.
-200 g(7oz) of sugar (brown is best for flavour)
-200 g(7oz) of raisins.
-4 eggs
-Grated zest of 1 lemon.
