
They live in the forest. They are nocturnal animals. Their fur is greyish. They eat insects and worms.

They are large birds, with brown feathers. They are the symbol of the USA and can be found on many official seals and on some coins. Bald eagles live near the sea, lakes or rivers because their main diet is fish.

Prairie dogs
They live in the grasslands. They bark like dogs. They look like squirrels. they live in colonies because they are very social animals. They visit other prairie dogs and greet each other with a sort of kiss.

Alligators are reptiles. They live in rivers and lakes. An adult can weigh between 360 and 450 kilos and it's about 4 metres long . Alligators live for about fifty years. The name alligators comes from the Spanish word lagarto.
grizzly bear
The grizzly bear is also called the brown hair. Grizzly bears live in the mountains and in some coastal areas.
They are omnivores; they eat plants and animals.They like fish very much.
