PUMPKIN PIE BY ÁNGEL



Ingredients:

250 pastry                              120 g brown sugar
125 ml mil                               1 teaspoon cinnamon
150 ml cream                           3 eggs
500 g pumpkin




First, cut the inside of the pumpkin into littre cubes.

Next, put the cubes and some water in a saucepa.Cook and wait 
for the liquid to evaporate. Turn off. Leave it 15 minutes.

Later, beat the egg. Mix with the pumpkin , brow sugar , cinnamon , 
milk and cream.

Finally, put the pastry in a pie dish. Pour in the pumpkin mixture. Cook
for 40 minutes at thermostat 6 ( 200º c )
