People in England love fish and chips. In most towns and
villages there are fish and chips shops where you buy them
hot! Here is our version of fish and chips .It´s not quite
the same, but it´s still good!
Ingredients
-4 fish fillets
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
First,
Put the breadcrumbs,
salt and pepper in a bowl.
Then, beat the eggs
in a different bowl.
After, dip the fish fillets into the eggs.
Then, dip them into the breadcrumbs.
Finally, heat the vegetable oil and fry the fish fillets for
10 minutes. Serve with chips.
