☺TAGLIATELLE CARBONARA☺
Tagliatelle Carbonara is a typical Italian food and it is very easy to make.
INGREDIENTS
-1 teaspoon olive oil.
-150g streaky bacon.
-2 cloves of garlic.
-1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil.
-50g Parmesan cheese.
-3 medium eggs.
-2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped.
-3 tablespoons single cream ground black pepper.
-350g dried tagliatelle.
First put in a saucepan water and add a teaspoon of olive oil. Heat the water until it starts boiling. Put the saucepan in one side.
Later, cut the bacon into strips and add it into another saucepan.
Then peel the garlic and add it with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Heat the saucepan for 3-4 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.
Later, put a paper in a plate and the bacon on the paper, and throw away the garlic cloves.
Then, break the eggs into a bowl. Grate the cheese and add half of the cheese, chopped parsley, the cream and a pinch of black pepper.
Later, mix everything with a whisk or a fork. When the water is boiling, add the tagliatelle and cook it for as long as it says on the packet.
Then, when the pasta is cooked, put it into a colander and shake the colander. Put again the pasta in a pan and add the bacon and the mixture.
Finally, stir it, until there is no liquid egg left. Put the tagliatelle into four bowls and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top.
