Lasagna by Alessandro

                              LASAGNA
Ingredients:

  • Bolognese sauce with meat.
  • Bechamel.
  • 1/2 kg of fresh egg pasta for lasagna.
  • Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, at least 200 grams.
  • A knob of butter.
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.


Method:

  • First bring plenty of water to a boil, season it and insert the sheets of pasta.
  • Then cook for 8-10 minutes, refill them and spread them on a kitchen cloth.
  • Afte that chop the garlic, onion, pepper and carrots finely and poach in a pan with a splash of oil.
  • Finally pour the wine, the tomato sauce and let reduce for about 10 minutes.
