Ingredients for four-six people:
-100g butter cut into pieces.
-100g sugar.
-180g flour.
-3 pears.
-500g raspberries.
How to do this:
-First, put the butter in an oven-proof dish. Put 250g of raspberries.
-Then, peel and slice the pears.
-After, place the pears on the raspberries.
-Later, heat the oven to 200ºC. In a bowl mix the sugar, butter and flour with your fingers, until they are like breadcrumbs.
-After that, cover the fruit with the flour mixture. Cook for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven.
-Finally, leave the crumble in the oven for an extra 10 minutes
