PIZZA RECIPE, BY UXUE

The pizza is originally from Italy, but now is around all the world. This recipe is for a basic pizza: tomato sauce and cheese, but actually, there are a lot of different types of pizza: with pineapple, with lettuce, with "nachos"... You need 1 1/2 hours to make this recipe, and is 25cm pizza, enough for two.

INGREDIENTS:
175 gr strong white bread flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
1 teaspoon easy-blend dried yeast
1 dessertspoon olive oil
125 ml hot water
200 gr can tomatoes
1 dessertspoon tomato purée
1 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper
55 gr cheese

METHOD:

1.- Firs, mix the sifted flour, salt, sugar, and yeast, into a bowl. Mix them, and then, add the water and the olive oil.
2.-Next, mix everything to make a ball with the dough, then,squeeze it with your hands and with a wooden spoon.
3.-Later, sprinkle flour onto the dough, and knead for 5 minutes, until it is smooth and stretchy.
4.-Then, put butter into a bowl and put the dough into it. Cover the bowl with a cloth and put it in a warm place.
5.-After 1 hour, turn on the oven, pick up the dough, and will be twice as big. Knead it again for a few minutes more.
6.-Later, put the dough on a greased backing tray and press it into a circle about 25 cm across and 1 cm thick. 
7.-Next, mix the tomatoes, tomato purée, sugar, salt and pepper, after that cook the mixture in a frying pan for 10 minutes.
8.-Then,spread the tomato sauce over the pizza base, next sprinkle it with cheese and add any topping you like.
9.- Finally bake the pizza on the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and the edges are golden.
