Pink icecream by Asier

 INGREDIENTS


juice  of 1/2 lemon

1 plain yoghurt

250g strawberries

 100g raspberries

 4 tablespoons cream

 2 tablespoons sugar

 1 packet vanilla sugar


METHOD

First puree the fruit into a big bowl  add the sugar and lemon juice mix well.
Next whip the cream
Later add the yoghurt  and the whipped cream  to the fruit mix well pour into individual bowls.
                                       
Finally freze the ice creams for 2 hours stir with a for another hour
