Croutons (cheese and herb) by Lucia and June


INGREDIENTS:

- 60g (2 oz) stale bread cut into cubes.


- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese.

- 1 tbsp olive oil.

- 1 tbsp mixed herbs

INSTRUCTIONS:

1- First, put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.

2-Finally, spread the croutons in a baking tray and bake at 180ÂșC for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.


Titli´s Tips:

Add a little more oil if the herbs and cheese are not sticking to a bread. The croutons will keep for weeks  and can be used with soups or salads.
