Flapjacks by Andrea

These little cereal cakes are so easy to make. They`re greate to eat at break!

INGREDIENTS:

85 grammes sugar
340 grammes porridge oats pinch of salt
115 grammes raisins
225 grammes butter
2 tablespoons honey

First,  melt the butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan. Turn off the heat.

Second, add the porridge oats, the salt and raisins. Mix well.

Third, put the mixture into a greased oven dish. Flatten with a spoon. Bake at 180ÂșCfor 20 to 30 minutes.

Finally, cut the flapjacks into rectangles. Eat after 30 minutes.
