INGREDIENTS
280 g butter
150 g flour
160 g ground almonds
125 g ground hazelnut
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 raspberry jam
METHOD
First beat the butter, sugar, flour, ground nuts and Cinnamon.
next roll out dough into a ball.Cover with cellophane put in thee fridge four one hour.
Later roll out dough.Cut into tree shapes.With a straw, make 5 hales in the biscuits.
After that put on baking tray.Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Finally make jam sandwiches with the biscuits
